Adhel Deng is a University of Kansas graduate with a BA in Communications and a passion for all things people-centered. After relocating to the Houston area to launch her career, she joined All In IT—drawn to the company’s strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and its people-first values.
With a background in the service industry, Adhel brings strong interpersonal skills, a calm-under-pressure mindset, and a natural ability to make people feel supported. In her role as Customer Success & Admin, she helps manage internal operations, supports clients, and ensures the team stays aligned and focused. She thrives where organization, problem-solving, and human connection meet.
What she enjoys most about her role is the challenge—learning new tools, adapting to the fast-paced world of IT, and growing both personally and professionally. She believes success in this field isn’t about knowing everything from the start, but about staying curious, asking the right questions, and always being open to growth.
Outside of work, Adhel loves spending time with her dogs (her favorite walking and cuddle buddies), exploring new restaurants, getting lost in a book, binge-watching a good series, and connecting with family and friends.
